I took a two-inch motorcycle key to get it cut since I bought it at the agency and they charged me $50 pesos just to cut it. I agree that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but that's no excuse to rob people like that. I don't recommend it.

I don't know if I had bad luck: I took to duplicate a key to my bathroom, a lock more common than usual and in three attempts that were made to be able to duplicate it none of me works.
