They assured me that they could fix the doors of my business A YEAR AGO after everyone else in Sierra Vista didn't. The man had his wife and another person come to do the work for him, they spent 8 hours one day and 8-9 hours two weeks later and they had no idea what they were doing, and they ruined our doors even more! When we approached to ask when they would finish the work (there are two different door handles and they still don't lock), they filtered our calls and ignored the text messages until my boss contacted. They told him that the man was in jail and that they couldn't refund us the money until April of this year (if I remember correctly, my boss finally contacted them in January 2022) and we still haven't received a refund or fixed the locks. These people are thieves. I don't recommend them.

Great store! I was there yesterday to duplicate an odd-sized key. Juan, the owner was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. He offered to make the key, let me go home to test it and pay him back if it worked. I decided to pay and if it didn't work, I would come back. It worked like a charm! I recommend bringing any kind of locksmith to Juan!

I highly recommend the services of Medikey. To my surprise, a young woman came and opened the door of my vehicle and did it in a short time. This field is usually predominantly male and I 👏 Medikey for having her represent them. She was very nice and professional. There were no scratches on my car window or on the door panel. That's first for me! I will definitely recommend Medikey to my family and friends.

This locksmith is fantastic, he can do anything. I brought him a key that I broke in my RV and he was able to find it online and make me a new key. He's friendly and helpful and has a good value for money. I'll use it again.
