They were asked to visit a home for the revision of a sheet, they clarified that if the visit did not work, the visit had a cost, which I was made reasonable. They agreed day and time and were asked to communicate before visiting the home. The agreed day did not arrive nor warned that they were not going to make the visit. From there they have bad service.
