I was made to go around a lot for a single duplicate of keys. It was not complicated, if there was another locksmith in the area I would choose to go elsewhere. I hope they improve customer service because if you call their number they have on canvas the person who answers you is very rude and sharp. The guys are kind and attentive, but they left me a bad experience with my duplicate of keys.
