I asked the service to open a simple lock on my room at 10:30 pm at the CDMX center. They came with a crutch that they broke, they chipped the glass on my door and ended up drilling the lock for $600 Peso service. It was tried with a card, I never told you it was with a knife since the door is sealed, you were never told that the glass was chipped, you were told that that's why you were called to prevent that from happening. If you realized there was a camera behind you so the whole process of when I tried to open with the card and when you only did it yourself is recorded, that will be taken to Profeco. Also the reason you said for the chipping is that the lock was 'caught' for lack of use.

Very bad service, they say that on Sundays they have service 24 hours.
