Lior is excellent at his job. He was very communicative and worked with me and my schedule to change the key to my new condo. I contacted two other highly qualified locksmiths besides Lior and Lior was the only person who answered me. He was able to answer all the questions I had and showed up just in time. He completed the job very quickly and made sure I was happy with what I had done. He showed me what he had changed and asked me to try it so he knew I was satisfied. He even took the time to look at another problem on the door of a bathroom he had just discovered. He is respectful of COVID safety protocols, maintains good social distancing and wears a mask. Its price is transparent and reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to others or use it again.

After an accidental lockdown at 1 a.m. on a Saturday night, with the spare key also inside my apartment and with no desire to involve the owner, I felt real panic. The first locksmith who said he was available 24 hours, 7 days a week, made me wait half an hour before calling to inform me that no one was answering the operator's calls. This emergency locksmith seemed to be the only other night locksmith service and, fortunately, they stay true to their advertisement. The price is a bit high, but it's also asking someone to take it back to their own home on a midnight weekend during a pandemic! The locksmith took a bit to arrive, but was kind enough to pay a visit at 1:30 a.m., and definitely without making me worry or feel unsafe about going back in and doing business again, and thanks for the help!
