They can't get a copy. I went the day after I got it because it didn't work and they told me they had to go to my door to "fix" it because the supplier doesn't supply that key anymore and they have to change the ones they have. I asked for a return and they didn't give it to me. How many times do you have to go to your house to get a copy of a key? I've already gotten that same key several times from other locksmiths and I've never had a problem.

They want to see your face and charge you more, when we went to get them at the store they said they didn't have the plate so they could only unlock the door. They had already given us a price at the counter that day for both things = $300 to unlock and $500 to put the plate. In total it was $800. Then they call us later that day to let us know if they had a plate; when we booked and they came to place it they changed the price they had given us saying that just to put the plate was $800. And they still justified themselves saying that they didn't remember the price they had told us. Be careful surely each person is charged differently. If you can avoid going here and find another place that they don't want to be ready and want to charge you more.
